Tomasz Pacholec is the founder of The Law Office of Tomasz Pacholec Esq., LLC. He brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to best serve his clients. Through the years, Mr. Pacholec has become a trusted advisor and advocate for employees and employers in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Pacholec graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Newark, with honors. Following law school, Mr. Pacholec served as the law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C. After completing his clerkship, Mr. Pacholec served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division for the New York City Law Department. While Assistant Corporation Counsel, Mr. Pacholec represented the City of New York in its role as an employer and litigated a broad range of employment matters.
Following his tenure at the Law Department, Mr. Pacholec worked at Jackson Lewis P.C. and Littler Mendelson P.C., two firms which annually earn “National Tier 1” rankings in the category of Labor and Employment Law. His comprehensive expertise spans employment litigation, legal counseling, investigations, policy creation and review, mediation and more. Mr. Pacholec’s deep knowledge of workplace laws, coupled with his years of litigation experience, allows him to provide informed strategic guidance and robust representation tailored to each of his client’s unique needs.
