Tomasz Pacholec is the founder of The Law Office of Tomasz Pacholec Esq., LLC, where he provides strategic, results-driven counsel to both employees and employers.  With extensive experience in labor and employment law, he is a trusted advisor to clients across New York and New Jersey, known for his practical approach and strong advocacy.

 

Mr. Pacholec graduated with honors from Rutgers School of Law–Newark. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko, J.S.C., gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and litigation practice. He then served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department, where he represented the City of New York in a wide range of employment matters.

Following his public service, Mr. Pacholec practiced at Jackson Lewis P.C. and Littler Mendelson P.C., nationally recognized firms in labor and employment law. His experience spans employment litigation, counseling, workplace investigations, policy development and review, and mediation. Drawing on his deep knowledge of workplace law and years of litigation experience, Mr. Pacholec delivers tailored, strategic solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
